She is highly regarded for her rigorous approach to creativity and innovation, and plays a lead governance role within Zymbl to ensure quality practices are followed at all times.

and success, Russell played an integral leadership role developing, and now managing, many of the project partnerships Zymbl enjoys. He has also focussed on embedding key aspects of the Zymbl culture into the business.

Allison brings sharp business acumen to the Zymbl stable from a long and successful corporate career at the highest levels of some of New Zealand’s largest private and public sector organisations. She plays a lead role in shaping the commercial direction for Zymbl across all assignments.

Having worked in sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance and management, John brings a broad range of knowledge to his primary Zmybl role working alongside Joe. He has had many years in the finance
sector, owned manufacturing and export companies, and been involved in successful start-up companies.
Walter Tangohau

Walter has played an instrumental role in the creation of Zymbl, and his leadership skills are highly regarded among the team as well as project partners. Walter plays an active dayto- day management role, including
mentoring external parties and projects that Zymbl supports.
