ZYMBL ENERGY

When it comes to electricity, the world continues to struggle with developing stable, consistent, affordable and sustainable supplies for an ever increasing demand. The major concern faced by many, is how to create sustainable supplies without:

Damaging our Planet
The continued burning of fossil fuels and
Using nuclear reactors to supply power

The cost of creating and maintaining the infrastructure to provide power to remote areas throughout the world is also a major issue. These factors have created a world-wide market drivenby innovation to produce a sustainable power source that is efficient, economical and environmentally friendly.

It is no different here in New Zealand. The electricity sector in New Zealand uses mainly renewable energy sources such as hydropower, geothermal power and increasingly wind energy; 75% of energy for electricity generation is from renewable sources, making New Zealand one of the lowest carbon dioxide emitting countries in terms of electricity generation.

However New Zealand is one of the highest users of electricity per capita andour prices continue to rise. The cost of power for the average household is now in excess of $170.00 per month. Government figures show the average electricity unit price rose from about 14.6c a unit in 2002 to 27.6c a unit in 2014. The gain of almost 90 per cent was almost three times faster than general inflation

These growing costs come about because of regular power outages due to adverse weather conditions and the cost of repair and maintenance, which sadly is always passed on to the consumer. Our Hydro energy generation can be jeopardised as well by fluctuating weather conditions which has a direct effect on hydro lake levels, which ultimately leads to limited supply.

Kinetic Energy Power Generator-(Working Title).

It is with the above statistics in mind that we seek to introduce the Kinetic Energy Power Generator.
Zymbl Innovation has consciously worked to inventand test an appliance that can deliver sustainable energy supply efficiently. We successfully completed construction of a working “proof of concept” machine that demonstrated continuous supply without alternative power input.

The potential market for this machine is yet to be quantified but initial analysis suggests demand for this type of power generation throughout the world would compete favourably with existing provisions, ie: hydro, wind, thermal, solar, nuclear – all reliant on nature at Exorbitant costs to implement passed on to consumers.

The Benefits

We believe the multiple savings in generating power with this device and its low infrastructure design costs will e passed on to consumers. This makes access to power affordable and sustainable.Supply side benefits are endless eg: communities in remote locations where natural resources are limited.

Investment to date

To date Zymbl has invested in excess of $300,000 to this project.  We are now at the final two stages of our development process.

Zymbl Innovation promotes new innovation through its product development nine step ‘end to end’ process;

  1. Sharing the innovative idea

  2. Product validation

  3. Patent search

  4. Prototype and testing

  5. Engineered drawings to specifications

  6. Patent

  7. Tooling and Moulding

  8. Production and cost and

  9. Marketing and Sales

Patent

We have provisional patentno 723126 that provides limited protection for 12 months. This period allows Zymbl, ‘going forward’ to complete a full working proto-type and progress to securing full worldwide patent.

Zymbl has instigated a comprehensive patent search and we, as are our Patent attorneys’(Potter IP Auckland and Remarkable IP Queenstown), are confident that our unique designcoupled with proven results is expected to secureworld-wide patent

Going forward

We need to produce a complete working proto-type to achieve full world-wide patent.Completion includes:

•    Quality detailed blueprint drawings
•
Rough cast mould of the product/s produced
•
Casts

•    On satisfaction
•    Opportunity for inventor and engineer to further enhance the casts and quality assessment.
checked and tested for tolerances and imperfections
criteriais met, to proceed to full manufacture.

Budget assumptions

Over the next twelve months. The budget includes provision for:

•    CAD design, testing and 3D printer modelling by
•    Provision for engineering setup costs
•    a team of specialist advisers and developers that include, Mechanical, Electrical and Design Engineers.
Zymbl partner, Palmer Design Tauranga.
•    Comprehensive and detailed documentation of technical specifications for patent registration
•    Application fee (a significant cost) for worldwide patent

•    Project management and day to day administration

Investment Opportunity

Zymbl Innovation Ltd is seeking investment with a share offering of 49% in the Zymbl Energy Company. Zymbl Energy own’s the rights to the kinetic energy machine.

The remaining 51% shareholding is Zymbl LP. We will also offer minimum investment parcel.
